Introduction

Thank you for visiting Regulation Website. Regulation is the UK’s premiere London based Adult fetish clothing and accessories store. Established in 1991, Regulation has become a brand name for very high quality Rubber, Leather clothing, equipment and first rate customer service.

Attached to our large showroom in Islington is our workshop where our production team assemble our range and create unique one off designs for the specialist market as well as the Fetish scene as a whole. We are proud of our made to measure and design service which has enabled us to gain many satisfied customers around the world.

Regulation now stocks over 5000 products with new items being added weekly. Please browse our extensive website and should you not find what you are looking for, please contact us to discuss your needs with our friendly professional staff.

Based 5 minutes walk from the Angel Tube Station; we are open Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 6:30pm and Sundays From 12-5pm.
Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT. We accept payments for mail orders by all major Debit or Credit cards. Cheque payments are accepted for mail order only. All Card Details are securely stored and processed using the latest 128bit SSL encryption on our shopping cart for security and peace of mind.

Sizes.
Clothing items that are sold on website are standard sizes, unless you are ordering a made to measure item and have supplied us with your own measurements. Below is a general guideline to our sizes for standard clothing.

For upper body clothing items.
Small = 36" to 38" chest. Medium = 38" to 40" chest. Large = 40" to 42" chest. X-Large = 42" to 44" chest.

For lower body clothing items.
Small =28" to 30" waist. Medium = 30" to 32" waist. Large = 32" to 34" waist. X-Large = 36" to 38" waist.

Please note these sizes are based on an average sizing only. Anything below a small or above an X-large size is classed as a 'Made to Measure' item, therefore charge at a 25% higher cost the normal price of any item. All necessary measurements for ordering a 'made to measure' item are listed on our size chart, which is printable from our website. If you have any queries regarding sizing, please feel free to either email us, or give us a call and we will try to help and advise you. (We do not take responsibility for clothing made from customers own measurements that have been taken wrongly.)

Hoods and Masks Sizes.

All our hoods and masks are also made to fit a standard head. Being able to accommodate all varying head sizes is impossible, but should you wish to have a size mad either bigger or smaller then we will try to do this. Should you wish however to have a made to measure hood or mask, then the same applies as to the made to measure clothing. An additional 25% will be added to the cost of the price.

Ordering and Delivery

We are pleased to accept orders by Phone, Fax, and Email or through our secure website shopping Cart. All customer details are securely stored and are never given to any third party for mailing lists etc.

All items in stock will be despatched within 24 hours of ordering. Unless it is a 'made to measure' item or special purchase, where the despatch time will be longer as the item has to be made. This is normally between 7 to 10 working days after the order has been placed.
Items ordered before 3pm will normally be despatched the same day. Where an item is not in stock and you have a multiple order, then the item/s that are in stock will be despatched straight away. Any item/s that are not in stock will be ordered and sent to you once they become available in stock again. Your credit card will be charged ( Securely ) for the item/s that are available in stock only and the relevant Packing and Postage charges will also be billed at this time. Any goods that are not in stock will not be charged until such time that they become available and ready to be despatched, at which time your credit card will be charged again accordingly for the remaining items, no further packing and posting costs will be charged unless it is deemed by Regulation that the cost is too high, and you will be informed if we need to charge you any further delivery costs.

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the DTI consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. Regulation The Art of Control Ltd undertakes to comply with this set of regulations and will ensure your rights as a customer are adhered to.

We pride ourselves on offering a discreet mail order service; all items are securely and discretely packaged either in plain 'jiffy' bags or small plain boxes and delivered in the UK via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st and 2nd class. We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is in stock, you should allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your goods. Please note Royal Mai does not operate a Saturday service, and Regulation can not be held responsible for any delivery time not adhered to by the Royal Mail.
Where not appropriate for the Royal Mail Delivery service to be used (usually on packages larger than 2kgs) then we will despatch via UPS courier service and you will be charged accordingly via the website shopping cart. Please note that sometimes an order weight will exceed the cost that are charged on the shopping cart, therefore the relevant amount will be added to your order and charged to your credit card.

Delivery to European addresses will be sent out where appropriate by Royal Mail Airmail; otherwise they will be sent out via UPS courier service. Please allow 21 days for delivery.

Deliveries to the rest of the world will be sent using the UPS courier service. Please allow 3 to 10 days for arrival depending on the destination.

Please contact us for a specific quote on shipping items overseas as smaller lighter weight products can often be shipped at a lower cost.

Made to Measure

Should you require a made to measure service for any of our items of clothing, please order the nearest size (i.e. Small) download our size chart (link here) and fill in the relevant sections. This information can then be sent to us by any of the methods listed above. Please note that made to measure items of clothing will attract a 25% surcharge to cover costs of pattern making and extra materials used. Please note that when supplying us with your own measurements that they should be as accurate as possible as Regulation does not accept responsibility for 'Made to measure' items that do not fit, where the measurements have been supplied by the customer, and refunds will not be given. Where at all possible it is advisable to visit us at the shop where our staff will be happy to take your measurements in person, and discuss design or any ideas with you. If you are not able to attend the shop and need help or advice on this matter or any other enquiry please feel free to call us on (0044) 0 207 226 0665 where we will be pleased to give you any assistance and advice you may require.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are in anyway unhappy with your order, please contact us for a Returns/Exchanges reference. All items returned must be unused and in a saleable condition.

We regret that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for items of an intimate nature if used or removed from their packaging. Refunds will be made upon receipt of goods by Regulation in a satisfactory condition. Postage will be paid only for the return of goods that are faulty, or where the wrong item has been sent out and the customer has to send it back. Please make sure all item/s for return are sent pack with their original packing. We can not take responsibility for item/s that are lost in the post when a customer is retuning them by mail. Please make sure all returns are sent back with the following details; - Reason for return, Customer order number, Customer name, address and a telephone contact number. If you have any quires do not hesitate to contact us here either in person, by telephone or email.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please call us on 0207 226 0665 from within the U.K or from overseas please dial +44 207 226 0665 quoting your full name and address, and the order number which appears in your order confirmation. Please note that you should assume that the order may be dispatched immediately from the point that you have submitted it. Calling us immediately will help to reduce greatly the risk of starting the process of charging you and sending the goods out to you. This is beneficial to both parties.
Customers have the right also to “A cooling of period” where they can change their mind and cancel their order, this takes affect from the day they receive their goods, and last for 7 working days. Goods must be returned and postage paid for by the customer.
Please note also that all items are sold as a novelty purpose only.
